Pillowcases for Rwanda, because you really need an excuse to buy more gorgeous fabric

While cruising along on Pinterest today (good heavens, as though the world needed another time-sucker), I came across a picture of a pillowcase with a note that a fellow blogger is hoping to get about 40 bright, cheerful, happy, gender-neutral pillowcases to take to her sister, who is a volunteer in Rwanda, for a pediatrics ward in a hospital there.

I went to the website to check it out:

So let me get this straight: I get to buy happy, beautiful fabric, sew something that won’t make me curse the universe with complicated instructions, and have it all go to some kid in a hospital ward in Africa?

I’m so in. Join me?
